The City owns and operates parking facilities on the Edina side of the 50th and France commercial area for shared use by customers and employees. Full- and part-time employees working on the Edina side may purchase parking permits to park in designated areas in excess of posted time limits. Parking is first-come, first-served. Permit holders are not guaranteed a space.
The daily permit allows the holder to park their vehicle for one day on Levels 3 or 4 of the North Ramp or on the rooftop of the South Ramp. The permits are not valid in other areas of the ramps.
Employees may not park in the ramps without a permit during their work hours.
