Edina City Council to Meet in Person Aug. 17

Edina, Minn., July 27, 2021 – The Edina City Council will next meet Tuesday, Aug. 17.

At its 5:30 p.m. work session, the City Council will discuss City Manager Scott Neal’s proposed 2022-2023 budget. Members of the public can attend the open session in person in the Community Room of Edina City Hall, 4801 W. 50th St., or listen to the work session by calling 800-374-0221 with Conference ID 3480923. 

The regular City Council meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Members of the public can attend in person or watch the meeting live:

The meeting includes Community Comment and a public hearing for the City Council to consider a proposed right-of-way vacation easement at 7300 Claredon Drive.

Members of the public can participate in Community Comment or the public hearing in person or by calling 800-374-0221 with Conference ID 6654254 during the meeting. Press *1 on your telephone keypad when you are ready to speak during Community Comment or testify in a public hearing. An operator will mute your line and place you into a queue until it is your turn to speak. After the public hearings, the call will end.

Residents may also provide testimony in the public hearing at BetterTogetherEdina.org or by leaving a voicemail at 952-826-0377. There is no need to provide testimony in more than one way.

The City Council will not act on the public hearing topic until its Sept. 9 meeting.
