Planning Commission to Meet in Person July 14

Edina, Minn., July 7, 2021 – The Edina Planning Commission will hold its first in-person meeting since the spring of 2020 on Wednesday, July 14.

The Planning Commission meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 14. Members of the public can attend in person or watch the meeting live:

The meeting includes public hearings for the Commission to a consider proposed front yard setback variance at 5404 Stauder Circle, rear yard setback and lot coverage variances for 6601 Biscayne Blvd., side yard setback variance for 5615 Sherwood Ave. and rezoning of 4911 77th St. W. (Pentagon Park South).

Members of the public can participate in the public hearings in person or by calling 800-374-0221 with Conference ID 4164856 during the meeting. Press *1 on your telephone keypad when you are ready to testify in a public hearing. An operator will mute your line place you into a queue until it is your turn to speak. After the public hearings, the call will end.

Residents may also provide testimony in the Planning Commission public hearing at BetterTogetherEdina.org or by leaving a voicemail at 952-826-0377. There is no need to provide testimony in more than one way.

To participate in Community Comment, residents must attend the meeting in person. Residents also have the option of submitting a Commission Correspondence Form online.
