Activities will be designed according to health and safety guidelines. Participants should observe all guidelines, including social distancing. 

Fitness in the Park

Our summer series of free fitness classes led by local instructors is back. 

Ages 16 & Up: Tuesday and Wednesdays evenings at rotating parks.

Registration required. Find a session / register

Ages 8-14: Monday evenings in July and August. Lifelong Athletics will lead speed and agility classes perfect for kids in sports or just starting out. Sessions are ages 8-10 or 11-14.

Registration required. Find a youth session / register.

Bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat for comfort; bottled water; and dress for exercising in the weather. 


Clinics and lessons available year-round at Braemar Golf Course or Braemar Golf Dome.

Tennis Lessons

Sign up for private or semi-private lessons available at a variety of local parks. Invite up to 8 friends or family members.
