Partnership with Bloomington Community Access Television (BCAT)
The Southwest Suburban Cable Commission (SWSCC) and SWTV have maintained a strong partnership with BCAT to provide free studio access to residents of Eden Prairie, Edina, Hopkins, Minnetonka and Richfield. The space may be used by residents to create their own video productions. Although the studio space is free to use, SWTV residents must undergo training and schedule a time to use the space with BCAT's Communications Specialist, Ben Vinar.
In addition to studio space, SWTV and BCAT are offering a bimonthly meeting for producers called Producers Club. We will share information about a different video production topic each month and have time to have a discussion about.
