  1. Southwest Television (SWTV) manages the Education and Public cable access channels on behalf of the Southwest Suburban Cable Commission (SWSCC). SWSCC serves the cities of Eden Prairie, Edina, Hopkins, Minnetonka and Richfield. Funding comes from the Public, Education and Government (PEG) fee on your cable bill.

    The City of Edina does not manage accounts or accept billing payments for either Comcast or CenturyLink.
