Hauschka Watercolor Painting
Using the Hauschka Therapeutic Watercolor Painting Method, this beginning class will start out with exercises to explore the nature of each color and color mixing, and conclude with a series of paintings called “The Seasons of the Soul.” Students will paint each of the seasons and explore them as a metaphor of the temperaments within us. The painting begins without knowing what the final image or theme will be as you open to your unconscious, and through the process, allow an image to emerge. The time spent with these pure colors and liquids is rejuvenating to the body and soul. A $15 supply fee is paid directly to the instructor. *This class meets at the Edina Senior Center, 5280 Grandview Square. Maximum 10.
