Video Submission Assistance

If you wish to submit a program electronically, the file must conform to the required broadcast specifications as found on pages 4 and 5 of the Southwest Suburbs Policies and Procedures. Your file must then be uploaded to the Edina Playback Facility's FTP server using this website's Forms section.

MPEG Streamclip is a free program that allows you to convert your DVD to a file usable for broadcast on SWTV channels. To download, install, and use this program, please refer to the following documents.

Residents of the Southwest Suburbs are allowed, and encouraged, to submit informational graphics for broadcast on SWTV. Adhering to the following guidelines will minimize delays in getting your slide on air.
