Season Pass Pick-up

If you have purchased your season passes online, please check in with the Aquatic Center admission desk to pick up your cards or to make sure your old cards are all set!

  • Returning Season Pass holders. If you have purchased 2017 season passes for any of your family members who had a season pass last year (2016) and you still have the card(s), they will automatically be re-activated and ready for use on day 1 of the pool opening. If you have purchased a season pass for a member of your family that did not have a season pass last year, they will need to have a card issued to them the first time they visit the pool. If you had season passes last year, but have lost or misplaced them, our admission staff will get you set up with new cards. 
  • 1st time Season Pass holders. If this is the first time you or any members of your family have had a season pass at the Aquatic Center, you will need to have a season pass card issued to you (wallet sized plastic card with a barcode on it). Every person is issued a pass, and will need to have a photo taken. Your photo will then appear on our computer screen each time you check in to swim.

NOTE: It is very important that you bring your season pass card with you to the pool each time that you come to swim. Looking up members who do not bring their cards can take up valuable swimming time and hold up others who may be waiting in line.

Reminder: Season passes are not transferable and may only be used by the person whose name is on the card and photo is associated with that card. Thanks in advance for your cooperation on this!
