Recycling & Solid Waste

The Health Division is responsible for the City's residential recycling program, administering the refuse collection contract for City properties and issuing waste hauler's licenses for general residential garbage pick-up.

Because the City is seriously committed to effective waste reduction and recycling, residents are required to separate recyclables from garbage. Recycling programs are available for all residents at their homes, whether single family or multi-unit dwellings.

City Code:
Section 705 - Storage, Collection and Disposal of Refuse and Compostable Materials
Section 715 - Mandatory Separation, Storage and Disposal of Recyclables
Section 716 - Recycling Service Charges

Refuse Haulers report forms can be downloaded here.
