Night To Unite
This year's Night to Unite is 6-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012. Register your block party today!
Edina neighborhoods will join forces with communities statewide for the “Night to Unite” crime prevention event. Neighbors are encouraged to lock their doors, turn on outside lights and spend the evening outside with neighbors.
Night to Unite is designed to:
- Get to know one another in your neighborhood.
- Build neighborhood involvement by bringing police and communities together.
- Bring awareness to crime prevention and local law enforcement efforts.
Click here to register your party. Fill out the Block Party Application, write “Night to Unite” under name of organization.

Edina Police Department to Host Night to Unite Party!
The Edina Police Department will host its own Night to Unite gathering from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 7 at Rosland Park. All Edina residents are welcome! Come meet Edina Police officers, have your photograph taken in a squad car and enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages. Members of the Edina Police Department will be present to give crime prevention tips and answer any questions you may have. The night will also include squad car and ambulance demonstrations, an appearance by a K-9 officer, activities for the children and goody bags for all families in attendance (one per family). We hope to see you there!
